My Collaboration Process
My goal as your Marriage Celebrant is to ensure you enjoy the entire planning process. I will make it fun, stress-free and guarantee that by the time your wedding day arrives, you’ll feel prepared and excited. I promise you won’t regret choosing me as your marriage celebrant!
1. Connect with me to check my availability and receive my ‘Services and Fee’.
I offer an obligation-free meeting if you’d like to meet and decide if I am the right celebrant for you.
2. 50% of my fee is required to book my services. The remaining 50% is required 4 weeks before your wedding day. Please note that the first 50% fee is non-refundable.
3. Let’s lock-in our first meeting in-person, a ZOOM chat or phone call and start the planning process. This can be the first of many meetings pre-ceremony.
4. We’ll organise the Notice of Intended Marriage ASAP. The NOIM needs to be lodged no later than one month before your wedding date.
5. You’ll receive my ‘Helpful Wedding Information Guide’ which is jam-packed with juicy tips to equip you in the planning process.
6. We’ll connect again before your wedding day to make sure you are happy with your wedding script and ceremony process .
7. I will arrive 30-45mins before your ceremony and bring along your handcrafted Vow Cards and all official documents.
I’ll do a sound and music check on my MIPRO MA-780 portable wireless PA system and will make sure the venue is prepared for the guests and your arrival.
